Moving established plants

I have just moved in to new house and have lots of these planted by parking spaces, what is best time to move some of these to the back garden please?

Wait until autumn when it's cooler, and more chance of moist soil and rain. It's not a good idea to move or even plant anything in this heat, particularly with the drying breeze that we have today on top of the sun and high temperatures.

I agree with @JennyJ, Autumn, more precisely when the damper weather starts.

Thank you, that will give me time to dig holes too.
