Do not buy from gardening express, I bought a magnolia tree, it came 4’ high and dead as a dead thing, I’ve taken photos of tree , done two scratch tests as they requested and sent photos , haven’t heard from them for 4 weeks , I email every day and they ignore everything. Any body else having trouble

There’s an online form for returning but I expect you’ve tried that.
if you don’t get an answer it’s good to put it on their Facebook page, they hate that publicity.
if you go into face book and choose this link, then select ‘Mentions’. You’ll see other people’s complaints.

Assuming you paid by credit card, you could open a charge back claim perhaps.
