Can you make parasitic wasps migrate to another plant?

I've counted 10+ parasitic wasps on a chili plant in my green house, they've turned the plant into an aphid graveyard which I'm really happy about. I have another 2 tomato plants in the green house that you can quickly count 10+ aphids on (not an infestation), I was wondering (and hoping) they'd move to the tomato plants but they don't seem interested. Also I have a huge aphid problem in the garden, they're every where I look and are distorting the growth of my crops. Is there any way to encourage these wasps to other plants inside and outside of the green house? Thanks.
