Plant ID please! Weed?

Sorry I’m not sure how to rotate this pic.  Is this with keeping? Will it flower soon? 3 clumps in odd places outer border. Thanks

    I don’t know what the plant is but if you take your photo in the landscape position it should come right,   Maybe a self seeded Veronica,  perhaps wait until it flowers then it’s easier to tell.
