Pinch of tomato flower and top leaves.

Good evening, tomato plants are about 10-12 inches tall and Moneymaker variety.
Question is should I pinch of flowers and main tip?
Thank you in advance.

You don’t pinch them out like that,  let them grow tall,  about 6’ but you need to pick out the side shoots,  that’s the little bits that grow between the leaves and the main stalk,  you’ll need a good support for them as they’ll, get heavy when the tomatoes ripen.

To add to Lyn, I personally remove the top stem after 4 flowering bunches.

This shows you how to remove the sideshoots of indeterminate (ie cordon) varieties.
