Off subject: Cleaning a soft-leather armchair

Hello

I would like a little advice. I have a soft-leather armchair - type lazy boy - very comfy to snuggle down in!!

I intend to wash it with warm water and "Savon de Marseille" which is a natural soap in this part of the world. I will rinse and dry - as for any skin. And no, I don't do it as often as I should. In fact, it just gets a smear of cream now and again!

My question is: Can I then rub some light body cream into it? My neighbour says she just uses hand cream or face cream and then wipes and dries off the excess.

Has anyone done this?

I am doing some end of winter tidying up loose ends housework.

All suggestions welcome. Thank you!

Moisturisers meant for babies is what you need.

I used to use Dove soap and then baby moisturiser (unscented). 👍🏼
