Unknown tree

Hi - does anyone know what this lovely little tree is? I thought it was Pyrus Salicifolia but it doesn’t have fruit …

    Pretty sure that it is Pyrus salicifolia pendula
    Maybe too young?
    Did it flower?
    They flower early maybe flowers  got frosted.
