Help - I used a spray on my herb garden

Hi- I used Provanto Smart Bug Killer 3-in-1 action on my herb / veg garden following guidance from the garden centre. I have waited longer than the period stated to harvest and want to know how best to harvest / wash my herbs for consumption.

I have the following; Borage (harvesting flowers), coriander, silver thyme, oregano, sage, mint, rosemary, chives, lettuce, marjoram, green thyme.

I did not spray everything but they are all closely positioned. And sprayed lightly.

The plants are thriving and the what I thought was frit flies are gone.

What is the best way to harvest my garden and how should I clean them as I would like to use them?

Many thanks for your advice.

According to the blurb on the bottle it has a maximum harvest interval of seven days which means that edible plants can be eaten soon after being sprayed.
If you have had decent rain since spraying then there should be no problem using the herbs.
