Bush rose has been knocked down by heavy rain and is partially laying on the floor. What should I do please?

Use a physical support around it - branches etc if you don't have a bought one, but firm the plant back in properly with your feet first.  :)

Is it a young plant?  Have you been greedy for flowers and keeping too many weak shoots?  If the flowers are stlll OK, support them individually.

It happened to one of my shrub roses that has big flowers last year I put canes in the ground and tied twine around them to support the rose.
