Cabbage Palm - Damaged

A "gardener" with a saw thought he'd prune my palm.  What can I do to try and save it?  If I need to take a branch off please try and explain where I need to cut and at what angle. Or any other suggestions, please? Sorry, can't seem to rotate the picture.
(In the future the "gardener" will be kept to mowing the lawn)

There’s a photo glitch on the forum … I’ve turned your picture for you. 😊

Dovefromabove....Thank you so much for turning my photo.  Looks like a tree now!

You will need to show the full height as it is impossible to tell from the pic whether the biggest trunk has a live crown or not.
If the top of the main trunk has been lost, which looks likely. you will have a multi stemmed tree.  Looks healthy enough with 2 strong growths from the base but it may eventually outgrow the container.
Hopefully, your "gardener" simply cut back a dead trunk :)

Take the photo in landscape format and it’ll upload ok.

Alternatively take the photo and edit/trim it a tiny bit … that’ll get it to upload ok too.
