Mystery plant

Is it possible to upload a picture of the plant/weed I've grown from seed?

Click on the image 6 from the right, looks like a small cloud over a hillside. Should bring up a drop down box with info.

  • Any idea anyone please?

    Mirabilis jalapa?
Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

It looks like what we call Peruvian jewel but having looked up its botanical name can't find it under that name.
I think it is also called marvel of Peru and 4 O'Clock flower (Mirabilis jalapa)
@Eustace you beat me to it.
  • Thank you, I am sure that you are right. I seem to remember a friend telling me that she had sent me some of the 4 o'clock plant seeds last year.

You have a "mystery" plant and, every year, I have mystery seeds.  I collect many seeds from my own plants but every year I manage to forget to label at least some of them.  I sow them, regardless, and often get some wonderful surprises!
