Echeveria seedlings

Hi everyone
I have recently successfully sown seeds of flowers that grew on my Echeveria Pulidonis ? They seem to be doing well. Any tips on how to keep them until they are mature?

I've not grown echeveria from seeds, only from cuttings. Think the general rule is to grow them in gritty mix (I use sand + grit + some soil / compost) and keep it well drained. Your potting mix looks a bit too damp for them?
  • Thank you . I used cacti/succulent compost and only water when compost dries out ( about once a week in this hot weather on south facing window sill) . I’ll invest in some sand and grit to mix with the compost when I pot on . Thanks for feedback
