Honeysuckle - No flowers
I inherited a honeysuckle growing over a beech hedge. It only has a few scattered flowers every year (white fading to yellow) but when they appear are very highly scented. It stays green even in cold winters. It's against a sunny wall but its roots are shaded.
What can I do to encourage flowering or is it just in a poor location? I have not pruned for over a year (thinking I did so at the wrong time).

If so it should be pruned in early spring.
