Fig tree doesn't look very well

Hi I potted up my brown turkey fig tree about 3 weeks ago about 1.5 inch bigger. I read that it should be John innes no3, I added about 25% MPC. I noticed today that it doesn't look very good spots on 2 leaves and leaves slightly curling. The pot is on feet to help drainage.
Any idea what might be the problem please?

It could be rust. Can you post a photo of the underside of the spotty leaf?
