Is this an agastache?

Can anyone help me identify this plant that I have so much of in my garden. It seeds everywhere and looks great at this time of year.

I thought it was an agastache but it does not look quite like the ones I can find on the RHS website such as agastache blue fortune. Could it be a salvia? It has a square stem. Could it be a salvia?

Do the leaves have any scent ?
I think Agastache do have square stems, but the flowers look almost like Veronica .

I can’t see the flowers,  when I blow the photo up it’s very blurred.
I think it’s agastache but the flower heads look a bit small for that.

Looking at the leaves on my agastache,  I think the OP must be a salvia.
