Poorly Acer

Hello

Our lovely Orange Bloom Acer has been hit by some frost damage (I think). Does anyone know the best course of action to help bring it back to life or, at least, prevent the whole of it dying off. Or is it too late? I’ve topped it up with some extra ericaciuos compost and it is in a sheltered corner of our yard.

Pics attached to show the detail.

Thank you in advance 😊

If that were mine, I'd cut off all the dead brown wood and see what happens.

You could almost straighten the healthy single stem so it's vertical and it would look a bit nicer.
