What is eating my broad beans in their pods?

Some of the stems at ground level don't look great but the extent of damage to the pods and the absence of beans as they are developing suggests a rodent (we definitely have field mice and voles) rather than weevil damage. Any thoughts? Many thanks

That would have to be one heck of a scary weevil!!!
