Identity this for me please!

Me again with a plant identification.
I was bought this last year as I loved it in the garden centre.
It's come back wonderfully however, I'm damned if can remember what it is though and the rhs identification tool doesn't recognize it.
I potted it on into the tub it's in now, does it need moving again yet? Does it need planting out?
Any advice appreciated, thank you 😁
