Should I remove seed heads?

    Antirinham ( spelling isn’t right) . Just let ‘em grow when all flowers finished cut off and they should come again if you’re lucky

    They flower from the bottom up so I take off each stem as it finishes. You do need to check regularly so that they don't stop flowering. They are having a revival with GC's full of them. What I like is they can be used in any style of garden from cottage to formal and they work. 
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
