Is this Shrub a Deutzia variety ?

Is this Shrub a Deutzia variety? Also should it be turning brown like this and would anyone know why? It is in a large Tub at the moment

    It's not a Deutzia. Might be a Spiraea. Many white flowers go brown when they're over and the white parts of variegated leaves are more liable to sun scorch
