Plant Feed attachment for Hose

To save lugging watering cans back and forth when I’m feeding my plants with Tomorite, is there an attachment for a hose that will water with the feed at the correct dilution rate?

I’ve looked on the Internet and the main one seems a Miracle Grow one but it seems that you have to use a Miracle Grow feed and none of the feeds have a similar NPK ratio to Tomorite.

Does anyone have any recommendations?  Thanks.

I found this old thread that mentions using a Birchmeier feeder and Tomorite. Don't know if it's of any use, but it appears that those feeders are still available on Amazon and Ebay.

I used to have the miracle grow attachment - it was hopeless.
It leaked badly unless held horizontally.
Initially the spray that came out was really dark blue (so overfeeding) then gradually faded to almost no blue at all (so underfeeding).
