Tomatoes don’t look right - shall I plant up or get new ones?

Good morning ☀️
My tomato seedlings germinated too late so they are obviously still too small. However, I had a few seedlings that my daughter brought home from school which were doing well.
I don’t know which variety they are, but anyway, I think I left them out when the evenings weren’t warm enough and their colour changed (from a normal (lol) green to a paler green, with the edges blackened. I have left them out during the day and I thought they would improve but they haven’t.
Will they get better with the improvement in weather? Or have they been irreversibly affected? If so, should I buy new ones?
Many thanks

Pity you don’t know what they are as some you pick out the side shoots and some you don’t. They look like tall ones, the others would be more bushy by now.
If you re-pot in fresh compost they'll soon recover.

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
I have just potted one up and I could see loads of roots - hopefully they will perk up!
