I would say that volunteers such as those are unlikely to be either courgette or cucumber. Courgettes and cucumbers are picked and consumed to young to have viable seeds. Cucumbers are even less likely as all commercial cucumbers will be F1 parthenocarpic hybrids and therefore do not have viable seeds no matter how old they are. My money would be on pumpkin or squash.
