Grevilleas

I am in MA US and I have a grevillea superb. Has been outside for several weeks now. It has blooms but leaves are not doing that great. It has new leaves but then those turn brown and dead. I don’t really overwater and it has been raining. We are stuck in this cold front with low temps in the 50s. Any idea what’s happening?

    Welcome to the forum.
Sadly I have no idea what is wrong with your Grevillea. It's an Australian plant, growing in the North USA, this is a UK forum, and I gather that your part of the world is suffering from pollution from wildfires in Canada. It's a truly international puzzle.
However, the first thing to look at is drainage just to make sure the plant isn't sitting in standing water or sodden soil. For some reason, certain pots, even when they have the right number of drainage holes, don't seem to be up to the job of keeping roots happy and glazed pots are the worst. It may just be me that has this problem.
Another possibility is a fungal disease. This is from https://aussiegreenthumb.com/grevillea-superb-growing-guide/

    Fungal problems

There are dozens of fungal problems that can affect Grevillea ‘Superb’, and all tend to look fairly similar. Brown, black or squishy stems are the most common sign, but bud rot and brown lesions on foliage are also easy to spot.

Remove any fungal damage on the plant by cutting back to a few inches below the affected area and burning the damaged material.

If you notice signs of root rot, such as dry top growth, paired with damp soil, cut out the damaged top sections, and apply a soil fungicide (usually copper-based) to dry out and kill the root fungus.

I hope you manage to nurse your plant back to health and that the minimum temperature climbs a bit higher than 10C (something that it has only just done here).
