Are these irises planted at the correct depth?

(Please ignore the dahlia cutting... that will be moved.)
Should the iris tubers be more exposed than this? And do they need watering in?

    If you water them in, then you will wash the soil off the top of the rhizomes which is how they should be planted.

    I agree. They look how mine look when newly planted. 👍
