Valerian Curled Leaves!

Hello,

Some leaves on my valerian plant have started to curl like this. The plant seems healthy otherwise and is flowering. Curious as to what it is, and whether I need to take any action. I think my soil is pretty poor.

Any ideas appreciated! Thanks :)

    I get that sometimes. I cut them off at the stem.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    Either something has been probing the leaves while they're still in bud, or there are Tortix larvae cocooned inside them. Open one out and have a look.
