Black spot on rose

We've got 2 roses dance de fur I think ones had black spot. We have taken most of the infected leaves off but the bottom half has shedded all the leaves. There are loads of buds but it looks really unhappy and only a couple have opened. I have tried to clear the leaves up but they have dried and just fall apart when you pick them up. Can I leave the buds to open or cut them back? Also shall I hoover the leaves up as I can't get them all up by hand. Pictures of the two plants below.

The buds will be fine. I must admit I don’t worry about black spot now, it seems to fluctuate naturally year on year. However out of curiousity, I am going to try the horsetail spray @Obelixx has mentioned in other posts, 1kg horsetail steeped in 9 of water (if I remember rightly)?

    Yes @Butterfly66 :-

    1kg horsetail stems
    9 litres rainwater

Crush the stems and steep them in the water, covered, for 2 weeks or till it all turns black.  Do not use a metal container.   Strain the resulting goo and keep in sealed bottles.  Dilute 1 part purin to 9 parts water and spray in spring or autumn when fungal problems are most prevalent.

Good for preventing or curing any fungal problems such as blackspot, mildew, peach leaf curl..........

My roses are covered in black spot . So much so that 2 of the patio roses have almost no leaves left on . I get it every year despite treating them . I give up ! I just live with it .

I’m another that has pretty much given up on black spot “cures”, I only have 1 climbing rose and to be honest it flowers, leaves drop, new leaves appear and new flowers….. looks odd at times but hey ho…. If the black spot does not get them the vine weevil shred the leaves anyway! Can’t win here.

Look for some purin de prêle in your local GC @Jacquimcmahon.  Spray early in the season and then again the moment you notice black spot appearing.

Worth a try for healthier roses.
