I know many of you are successful at this and wondered if you could share how and when to do this please ? and how to care for them etc. Many thanks in advance.

  • I'm no expert but I took three from that season's growth last year. New soft wood roots easier, apparently. I did mine last year in very gritty compost. 2/3 rooted and one of the two now has a couple of flower buds!

I did mine in summer. Someone told me that's wrong, but the two plants I made are very healthy looking and growing fast, so who knows. 🤷‍♂️

I like playing and experimenting. This one worked. ☺️

The mother plant was reduced from the reduced section in TESCO for £1.50!

Gardener of a driveway pot garden - flowers one side, veg the other and a car in the middle. I am so looking forward to the day we can move into a house with a bigger garden.
