Topping up raised bed with drip irragation installed

Im just starting to install drip irragation to raised beds . This will lay on the surface. Just wondering How do you top up the compost each season if theres drip line in place without completly covering the pipes.

    You have to take the pipes up and then relay them.

    Thanks. So a little bit of work when adding new compost. Ok

    I constructed a ditch fpr candelabra primulas.  I buried a soaker hose.  No problem with blocking holes.  Is thsi possible for you? Or already too late?
     location: Surrey Hills, England, ex-woodland acidic sand.
