Pruning clematis Avalanche
My clematis Avalanche flowers beautifully each spring but then looks half dead. Is now the right time to cut it back and how drastic can I be without killing it?
It's well watered and I do feed it but it may be a bit hot for where it is (can't really move it).
Any advice appreciated.
