Coleus Leaf spot?

Can someone help me what is going on with my coleus? (I think it is a Kong Red).
I get these small spots on my biggest leaves, mostly on my biggest plants. I have been thinking some kind of fungus, or pests? Or maby edema? I havent found anything like it online? It is spots both over and under the leaves, but not on the same place.. It comes on the oldest leaves first, and when the baby leaves gets bigger it spreads.. most on the tips on the top, while just everywhere under. The plant itself and the leaves all over looks healty exept this, they do not dry out or anything. Have not found any pests either..

I have been trying to remove the leaves with spots.. but it does not seem to work very well.
