Plum tree

I am hoping that someone here might be able to tell me what is eating the leaf of this plum tree and what the solution might be.

    Any pigeons around? They love fresh young tree leaves at this time of year … they don’t usually take enough to harm the tree … and it’s  all part of Nature 😊

    It looks to me like my broccoli leaves when they’ve  been ripping pieces out of them.
