Pilgrim rose advice

HiI have got loads of buds this year on this amazing floribunda pilgrim climbing rose. Way more than last year. Just a bit worried they may not all bloom if there are too many on one stem or that they may be too heavy and collapse?
Should I just leave or remove some of the buds ?
