Feeding advice

Hi
At the start of the season, I mulched our flowerbed with shop bought compost and home made leaf mould. I fed the roses and clematis with rose food as stated on the pouch. I then mixed in fish blood and bone into the rest of the soil. All the pots have also had a mulch and FBB sprinkle.
Have I done the right thing? As still a relative newbie, should I still be feeding weekly with a liquid feed? Or is this enough for a while.
I think I do tend to get more growth. Everything seems to be  lovely and green but not always as many flowers as I would like so should I use tomato feed?
All advice appreciated as I feel like it’s a bit of a minefield and I want to get it right. I know it’s not an exact science!

For most plants in borders you have done enough.
I would continue to feed the Clematis every 2 weeks, with a tomato feed.

Learn about N, P and K.  Each one has general roles, but also specific ones.  Nitrogen ia needed to make green leaves, which it may do at the expense of flowers, root and fruit.

You can overfeed.  Fertliser manufacturers have an interest in their profits when they make rcommendations.
