Buddleia disease

I have four buddleia in my garden, three for 6-7 years, another couple that were planted last year. All have developed some sort of leaf discolouration/deformity.

any ideas what it is and/or how to fix it?

The same problem has appeared on my newly planted Buddleia so, while disappointed, I'm glad I'm not alone! So what is the consensus feeling please .. pick off the infected leaves, spray with ' something' ?? or ignore. I live in South Oxfordshire

Are there any tiny white dot type insects on it?
