Devil’s Ivy - Pest or Disease ID

Please see photos below of my Devil’s Ivy. I cannot see any visible pests but this doesn’t rule them out. Any suggestions on what may be happening and remedies? Thank you in advance. Nicholas

Possibly thrips or a white spider mite.  I get them on my pothos during the summer, they look like a fine dust on the underside of the leaves near the veins with a bit of fine webbing.  Regardless, it wouldn’t do any harm to take the plant outside and spray it down with some soapy water, making sure to get under the leaves and along all stems, and let it sit with the soapy water for about ten minutes and then rinse it off with your hose at a medium pressure.. enough to dislodge unwanted guests but gentle enough for the plant.  I use a spray bottle for the diluted soapy water, and try to do it with any plant that shows the first sign of mites.  Your plant will enjoy a good spray down regardless, to get the dust off the leaves.  Keep it in the shade at all times, to avoid too much sun on indoor leaves.
