Help with perennial stock

Hello all, for weeks now this stock has been flowering away smelling wonderful but it’s finally going over. I would love to harvest some seeds but not sure at what stage I should take them? Can anyone advise?

    Harvest when those pods go brown and sort of crispy.   They start to pop when they’re ready. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    @Lyn thanks, it’s such a gorgeous plant smells amazing I would love some babies
