I get lots of seedlings in the ground under my P. Dissectum. Now and then I pot one up, but they grow so very slowly and spindly I lose interest after a year or so. Some of the seedlings look identical to the parent plant, others don't have the finely dissected leaves. I agree best not to pinch out and keep pruning to a minimum. They seem to know themselves how to grow into their much admired shape.
