Black Beetle ID please

I have a lot of small black beetles wandering around a pot with a cherry tree in it, does anyone know what they are please?

    Click on the icon that looks like a mountain with the sun over it. If you took the photo with a phone or tablet you will have to crop it a little to stop it arriving upside down.

    They're very small and just moving about, not jumping, I can't find anywhere that have any similar photos, sorry, perhaps I should ask a five year old

    Click on the icon that looks like a mountain. Click on chose files. Go to gallery or photos on your device. Shrink  a tiny bit of the photo or it will post upside down ( site glitch) click on done and when it's loaded click on post.

    I think there are some people that shouldn't be let loose with a computer, I'll check back later when I can get the photo online, thanks for your help

    They look like pollen beetles, believed to help in pollination, basically harmless.
