Plant identification

Could someone please tell me what plant this is?  I put it through google image search, and it suggested it was both, hebe and buxus.  If anyone can confirm which one it it, that would be great.

    Yes Hebe - there are hundreds and hundreds of types, but the care is pretty much the same for all  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
