why does wildlife keeps dying on my roses ?
in Plants
Hey all, beginner here with a stupid riddle but it s been on my mind.
I have a healthy bush of rises my harden that ended up colonized by aphids... lots of them.
I went to bed with the idea of taking care of that but in the morning, they were already dead. All of them. The ground was blanketed with corpses and the roses still healthy. Found a dead, large bee in one of the flower with a small translucent spider very much alive and hungry.
I thought it that someone sprayed something on my roses, because in my mind roses can t kill aphids. That would mean that someone entered my garden to take care of my rose at night, which is as much absurd as it is creepy.
I ve asked neighbours about it and they dont seem to know anything.
The next day I check the roses and the big bee disappeared, but the translucent is still here, althought very much dead.
Now I dont know if pesticides are that potent or if my roses are actually ruthless biological killers, or my neighbourhood are just creepy... but I thought I d share !
