Enkianthus campanulatus not flowering

Hi
I purchased a Enkianthus campanulatus last year early May, looked like it had already finished flowering when it arrived so i planted it semi shade and had high hopes for following spring.
Well it looks healthy but no flowers not even signs of a single bud
Any ideas?
