Flamingo tree dying

Hi 
Am hoping someone can help with my flamingo tree, the last few weeks it really looks like its dying, its gets watered every day and is in a really big pot. I tried googling it but there is advice from its being under watered to over watered so I'm really at a loss at what do next. All advice gratefully recieved

    Hi and thank you for replying, it is in john innes no 3 but also a terracotta pot rather than plastic. We were hoping to keep it in the pot but maybe the next move should be to plant in the ground rather than see it die off.
