Sunflowers

Is it safe to plant out sunflowers, they're they're about 45cm tall and I'm located in the Peak District.

    They look very good - I think I'd have them planted out if they were mine. Probably need a bit of support if the site's exposed at all. 
    They probably need a bit more room for the roots to grow now too   :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Mine are out and I am high up on the moors outside Sheffield.
