What should I do to help my Palm tree survive- can it come back?

Hi all,

Hoping you can help. I have attached pictures of the palm but wanted to know should I cut off the dead parts or any suggestions- think it didn't like the frost despite being covered with the right protection outside! Any suggestions welcome!

Cut off the obviously dead leaves first. Is there any growth emerging from the crown ? It's not very easy to see from your pics.
I'd be tempted to remove it from the pot and examine the roots. It looks as if you had a "sprout" from the base on the RH side of your last pic but again, hard to tell whether that is dead or alive.
If there is a chance there is life there, I'd suggest you re pot and forget the large stones on the surface - they will only hinder any new growth
