How do I reply to a message?

I think I’m doing it wrong! Am hitting ‘quote’ but feels as though there must be a better way. Thanks

    You don’t need to quote unless you actually want to. 
    You can type replies in the text box below the last post. If you want to alert someone in particular to something you’re saying you can alert them by typing an @ and then their name like this @annar_K2hTr1 .., then if they have alerts enabled in their settings they’ll get a message pop up to draw their attention to your posts 😊 

    If that’s not clear please do say … we’ll try again 😉
