Salvia? Blue bedder? (Both have grown around here in recent years) or a splendid weed? Thanks in advance

    Looks like one of the willow herbs to me, but I don't grow salvias as they don't survive here, apart from the very hardy one.
    Penstemons can look a bit like that too, but unless you have those, I doubt it'll be one of them. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
