Problem solving

I have a wild foxglove deciding to grow from underneath my decking. But it's so perfect how has this happen. Its unlike any other ones in my garden. It's literally perfect

Seed blown in from somewhere and found a suitable niche in the decking ?  The seeds are tiny and surprising how far they travel. If you have foxgloves in the garden , it's also possible that they have cross pollinated and produced your "stranger".

I only keep whites in my garden so that's a lucky accident  :)

Probably just D. purpurea alba/albiflora, which is the  wild white one. Not as common as the purply/pink one, but much nicer IMO.  ;)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

It’s unusual for a D. purpurea, even a white one, to have flowers all around the stem 🤔

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Maybe from a cultivated one in someone's garden then @Dovefromabove :)
I had Pams' Choice [?] which  crossed/reverted, but I grow Snow Thimble which usually stays white - I couldn't tell you what it looked like though!  ;)
