Those white & yellow chrysanthemums that are always in supermarkets.. I used to walk past them with my ex, and comment on how I disliked them, or we'd walk past a flower stall and I'd gush over the freesias - he usually bought me bloody white & yellow chrysanths! 🤬😄 I don't like dahlias, or Frankenstein things with a million layered petals that bees can't get into. There's others I forget the name of now.
I loath and detest chrysanthemums, they stink! Also they make me think of funerals.,you know , peoples names and beer bottles and dartboards, all made of chrysanthemums ugh.

I'm not a big fan of most chrysanthemums either. I have one small one, Nantyderry Sunchine, which I keep because it was given to me by an elderly friend before they downsized to a much smaller house and garden.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
I like that fresh cat's pee smell. But then I like the smell of privet, geraniums , herb Robert and sauvignon blanc too. Can't abide the smell of woundwort, though or the stripey lilies that smell of plasters
I don’t understand these name me a (fill in the space) you don’t like question/posts. Whole species have been victimised by the human race because of this shit. Spiders especially come to mind. We’re bloody privileged to be on this earth and lucky to be sharing it with what’s here regardless of our petty preferences.

it’s all feckin beautiful so get a grip.
It's a bit of fun Dave, lighten up. Nobody's going to start slaying chrysanthemums, and I think we're all old enough to have decided what plant preferences we have without starting world war 3. I very much doubt spiders suddenly became unpopular because of a zeitgeist! Yes, we are lucky, and yes we do very much appreciate nature, but personal preference isn't a crime, it just is.

Failure is always an option.
