Welly storage/wash station

Hi everyone, I am currently doing my Design and technology A level project and I am designing a storage/wash area for wellies to go outside. I have included problems like removing the wellies, cleaning them, drying them and storing them. If anyone faces these problems currently and has any effective solutions, or new ideas they could suggest that would be beneficial. It would be really great if you could help! Thank you.

You will also need to make sure that foxes can't get at them if it's outside. I'm forever finding chewed footwear in my garden!

My wellies have nice warm furry linings so I bring them indoors - don't want them to get wet inside or to find that someone has taken up residence.  If they're mucky I brush them off or rinse under the water butt tap before taking them off but my light soil doesn't really stick so it's a non-issue. My old garden crocs/clogs often get left out on the doorstep in all weathers without any harm.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

I always store them upside down on a couple of old wooden kitchen roll holders so that nothing makes it’s home in them , a good storage place needs to be dry and animal proof ,if that’s any help .

Or spiders and things crawling inside of them.... this is the stuff of nightmares!

I couldn't leave my wellies outside. The idea of having to put my feet into cold and damp footwear just doesn't appeal......and the tape holding them together would probably peel off in damp air. Any storage for wellies has to be undercover, very dry, and bug proof.

A gentle rinse is all I want.  After 10 years my Barbour wellies have developed a mellow off-green lived-in look.  Gardening or wet moorland walks, definitely not the horsey set look.

I definitely want a heel gripper that resists a bit of rough pushing/pulling, and a seat to sit on whilst taking them off.  And a support to hold whilst putting them on.

Price it for the le Chameau or Aigle market.

If they are muddy, stand outside and wash/scrub off.  Step indoors, wipe soles on door mat, remove wellies and put dry shoes on. Leave wellies on door mat until dry and then put them where they usually live in your house.
Given the extremes of weather we are experiencing now and depending on your location, you can either park them in a cupboard for the next 6 months or leave them handy for everyday use  ;)
It doesn't exactly strike me as a problem to waste time on but @lorenwilson1206 I wish you well with your A level exams  :)
